The order matters

The following guide tree was constructed according to similarity of five sequences. Choose the right sequence addition order, based on the tree.

The tree (((S1, S2), S3),(S4, S5))

Put the items in the correct order
Combine alignment (S1, S2, S3) with alignment (S4, S5)
Align S1 with S2 or, alternatively, S4 with S5, in any order
Get final multiple alignment
Align the resulting alignment (S1, S2) with S3
