The hotel's administration conducted a survey of its customers. They asked all visitors and got the following data:

  • 352 people were satisfied with the hotel;
  • 48 people were NOT satisfied with the hotel;
  • 0 people refused to take part in the research.

In addition, an independent poll of the guests in the hotel's hall was conducted earlier. It revealed that approximately 58% of 64 respondents were satisfied.

Now you need to analyze the data, namely the percentage of the satisfied visitors.

Taking into account the results of the administration and independent surveys, write down the difference between the parameter and the statistic (remember, which is which). Also, think whether the sample in the independent study was representative. Add "y" to the answer if you believe that it was representative and "n" otherwise.

For instance, you've evaluated the difference: parameter - statistic = 2 %\text{parameter - statistic = 2 } \% and you think that the sample was representative. Then your answer should be "2y" (without quotation marks).

Tip: If the statistic which should estimate the parameter is actually very different from it, does it satisfy us?
