Select all jazz singers from the table concert_2019 (singer VARCHAR(50) PRIMARY KEY, genre VARCHAR(20)) and the table online_concert_2020 (singer VARCHAR(50) PRIMARY KEY, genre VARCHAR(20)). Select only the information from the columns singer.

If a singer participates both in the concert_2019 and the online_concert_2020, the singer should appear in the result set twice.
