How do you set a breakpoint in Intellij IDEA?

Select one or more options from the list

Click on the gutter at the line of code where you want to set the breakpoint

Place the caret at the line and press ⌘F8 or Ctrl+F8

Double click on the line of code

Press F8 to set a breakpoint at the current line of code.
