Maximum flow problem

A manufacturing company wants to expand its business and start selling goods in other cities. To investigate the options, it created a map that consists of the neighboring cities, the roads connecting them, and the amount of the produce that may be transported through each road. The company will choose the city, to which it can send the biggest number of goods. If there are several such destinations, the closest one to Aberdeen will be selected. Which city should the company send the products to?
