Sort steps of maximum likelihood tree creation in the right order.

Put the items in the correct order
A topology with a maximum overall probability is a maximum likelihood tree.
Sum all column probabilities. That's the first topology overall probability.
Complete the second and the third steps for other topologies.
For the first topology for every column in the alignment find the most probable character tree.
Build all tree topologies, where sequences are terminal nodes.
