Relations

Let $A$ be the set of all website users. At some moment in time, we define a relation $R$ on $A$ such that $(a, b) \in R$ if $b$ has completed more projects than $a$ up to that moment (the pairs with an equal number of completed projects do not belong to that relation!). What can we say about this relation?
