Why do we need to use .setPriority() if we've already declared the importance of the notification for the whole channel?

Because we need to override the importance level for each notification

Because we want to set the importance for those who use Android versions lower than 8

Because we can't declare the importance level for the channel

Because we don't want users to control notifications at all. We want them to be as irritating as possible!
