Working with CSV

We all know that too much drinking is bad. Scientists often create tables in which they try to fix the alcohol available for people to track its further consumption. We have attached an example of this file: the availability of alcohol in December 2019. Your task is to create a program for reading this CSV file, then count the number of data records that have 0 in the MAGNITUDE column. Finally, print this number in the box below.
